Auction clock purchase

A friend at work found this for me at an auction.

It is a Sessions clock according to the label and info I have found online. The label says "Walton" at the top, but Sessions of Forestville, Conn is listed as the manufacturer further down.

I have read that Sessions made many clocks under various names. It seems this clock was re-painted at some time.

Any further info would be appreciated.
