Anyone know the history or maker of this clock

We have this clock..but don't know it origin or maker. Do the letters HWN mean anything. If that is what they are, they are between the earth shapes up near the moon dial.

It has two chimes that it plays Whittington and Westminster that one selects by moving a lever on the movement

It rings on the 1/4 hour, increasing the length of play each 1/4 hour. It has levers on the sides of the dial that can silent the chimes

Would love to know it's value.
