Antique Mantle Clock

So far it is inscribed with Made In France signed by BRUNEAUT has a stamp that appears to be a round circle with french writing and what looks like a star or a snowflake resemblance. It also has the number 10865 6. It appears to be Bronze Cherubs with several porcelain columns.

I was told that it may be the stamp of the 1851 World's Fair but I am not sure.
