Ansonia "Dayton"?

by Marsha
(Cypress, CA)

It's a tambour style. The face looks like it's thick paper with a glaze? It has Ansonia on the edge. It has several hairline cracks in the face.

It has two winding holes and two chime rods. The case is a rich brown color. There is a brown label on the bottom of the case that reads "DAYTON" Ansonia Clock, Brooklyn, New York. The label is about 1 1/2 or two inches long with a double inside frame.

I bought the clock without a pendulum and am trying to find out which one I need and where to find it. I've taken it to a clock guy and supposedly he ordered a pendulum for it about 4 months ago.

Did Ansonia make a "Dayton" style clock and what year, because I can't find it or a pendulum.

Thanks, Marsha

I've seen more than 1,000 photos of Ansonia clocks online, but not this model from the early 1900s (I assume). Anybody recognize it?
