The 1888 Seth Thomas Tower Clock Mechanism is mounted on a sturdy stand above the floor (to leave room for gears, weight and related parts). It sits below the clock and bell inside the tower in the Old City Hall, on Crosswicks Street, in Bordentown City, New Jersey, USA.

(See the small clock face circular dial in the center of the mechanism matches the time on the tower clock. Also notice, cable going from the clock mechanism to right side of picture. It extends to clock face and bell above.)
