setting the chimes

It looks like a nice little clock, but close pictures of the movement, how the movement is mounted, and a close picture of the lable will tell more. Setting the chimes... This clock should only strike on the hour when wound. First move the minute hand clock wise, (always clock wise)until the clock strikes. If the clock does not strike at the 12 pull the minute hand off the clock by removing the tapered pin that holds the hands on and and place the minute hand back on the clock at 12 and re-install the pin. Now the clock strikes at 12 in the minute position. Now simply rotate the hour hand to point at the correct hour the chimes struct. Last move the minute hand clockwise alwise stopping at 12 to allow the clock to strike until u reach the correct time. Make sure the chime side of the clock is fully wound before starting. J MAC
